Earlier this year I worked on the music and SFX for “Mad Potions” a mobile puzzle game from AppicPlay! Its a fantasy based match 3 game where you play as an alchemist running a potion shop, and dealing with strange customers, from Pirates, to Ogres, and even Medusa herself! It called for some fun, Danny Elfman inspired fantasy music to compliment the setting and fun characters. Its only available in select countries at the moment so stay tuned for updates and some gameplay videos. For now, check out the playlist with the music below!
A Little Bit Of Time (2018) and Earth Atlantis (Switch/PS4/Xbox One) are both out now!
June is shaping up to be a busy month here with two new projects being released within days of each other! The first of which is a short Sci-Fi film directed by Atdhe Trepca called A Little Bit Of Time. It is about a couple that fell in love in a VR world but are now living two completely separate lives in the real world. If you like Sci-Fi or anything related to VR, check it out below!
The other project is a game titled Earth Atlantis, developed by Pixel Perfex and published by Headup Games. Its a mashup of a Metroidvania, mixed with bullet hell shooter gameplay with an old school, Jules Verne styled aesthetic. It had been out on the Nintendo Switch for a while, but its now out on PS4 and Xbox One if either of those are your console of choice. I didn't do the full soundtrack for the game, but one of my tracks was licensed as boss music for the Megadron boss battle. Check out the trailer below!

Spice (2018) is a short comedy film starring Steve Blackwood (Days of Our Lives) and Pamela Morgan, directed by Jeff Buchbinder. A couple tried to spice up their sex life by shooting a sex tape, but quickly discover more about their relationship. Check it out below!
Spice (2016) Shown at Sedona Film Festival + GDC
It's been a while since I've done a blog post, so I figured its about time I wrote one! Recently, the short film Spice (2016) I worked on was entered into the Sedona Film Festival in Arizona and was well received! If you haven't seen it yet, here's the trailer for the film. Its a quirky comedy about a middle aged couple attempting to film a sex tape, starring Steve Blackwood (Days of Our Lives) and Pamela Jayne Morgan.
In other news, I'm also heading to GDC in San Francisco this year! I had a great time last year, so I'm looking forward to meeting more wonderful devs, artists and composers again this year! Since its my second time around, the initial nervousness from last year has definitely worn off. If you see me, come say hi!

PopBob Audio Demo
Here's a demo of the audio I did for PopBob, a mobile game from ZPLAY. The game features one audio loop for the bulk of gameplay, with musical sound effects that correspond to different shapes and colors on the game board. Notes of the scale are triggered randomly when the player matches 5 or more of the same color. Hope you enjoy!

Buck's Bed and Breakfast (2015) Released!
Check out another project from Shoot the Moon Films that I scored, titled Buck's Bed and Breakfast! The short follows a couple who plan a getaway vacation to a cozy bed and breakfast, but they get more than they bargained for when they realize its actually a nudist resort!

My Berklee Film Scoring Final Project
Hello again!
Now that my final semester at Berklee is over and I've had some time to catch my breath, I am proud to present Mr.Resistor, my Film Scoring final project!
This score was an unprecedented task for me, as it is probably one of the most demanding things I have written music for. Not only I was tasked with writing and recording wall-to-wall music for an 8 minute short in half a semester, but it was also challenging music to sync with the picture since I wanted to do quite a bit of Mickey Mousing, where the music heavily follows the action on screen like in old cartoons. The numerous tempo changes almost drove me crazy! I'm sure all my fellow classmates can relate and, like me, breathed a sigh of relief once it was all over. It was definitely a challenge, but a necessary one in furthering my craft as a film composer. I'm glad I did it, and I had a blast during the process.
All in all, I am quite happy with the finished product and I feel like the hard work paid off in the end. I'd also like to say a special thank you to all the musicians who played on this score, it gave it the extra bit of life that it needed!
